A Tech Support will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, pending approvals, or third-party service interruptions.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Designs, code, graphics, strategies, or creative work created by A Tech Support will be transferred to the client after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing material unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as domain providers, hosting companies, plugins, themes, payment gateways, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or email services.
A Tech Support is not responsible for issues, pricing changes, downtime, errors, policy changes, or service limitations caused by third-party platforms.
Any third-party charges, subscriptions, licenses, or renewals are the responsibility of the client unless clearly included in the project agreement.
10. Digital Marketing and Advertising
For digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising services, we make professional efforts to improve performance, visibility, traffic, leads, and conversions. However, we do not guarantee fixed results, rankings, sales, leads, or revenue, as these depend on market conditions, competition, budget, platform policies, user behavior, and other external factors.
Advertising spend is separate from our service charges unless otherwise mentioned.
11. Website Maintenance and Support
Website support or maintenance is provided only if included in the service agreement or purchased separately.
Maintenance may include minor updates, basic troubleshooting, content updates, backups, or technical assistance, depending on the agreed plan.
Any major redesign, new feature, malware removal, server issue, plugin conflict, or third-party error may require additional charges.
12. Refund Policy
Payments made for web design, development, marketing, consultation, or digital services are generally non-refundable once the work has started.
Refunds may only be considered in special cases at the sole discretion of A Tech Support. No refund will be provided for completed work, approved work, third-party costs, ad spend, domain, hosting, paid tools, or services already delivered.

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. If the client cancels a project after work has started, the client will be responsible for paying for the work already completed, resources used, and any third-party expenses incurred.
